- You will have the opportunity to market your services and products to hundreds of potential clients. Many of the conference attendees you will meet are business owners, agency directors and managers and have a direct say in making business decisions.
- You will reinforce your company or organization’s presence in New Mexico and other states in the region where activities such as mining, waste disposal, military operations, agriculture, manufacturing and real estate development have resulted in the need for environmental solutions.
- Best of all, you will be able to network with other companies as well as governmental regulators and decision-makers at the local, state, tribal and national levels.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE AS AN EXHIBITOR AT NMEHC-2008
- Your exhibitor registration fee will provide you with a 10’ X 10’ draped and fully carpeted booth, a 6’ draped table, chairs and black and white booth signage. You will also get standard 500 watt electrical hook-up at NO extra charge. You will also get full conference registration for two people of your choice!
- Your name and contact information will be listed in the Conference Program and will be shown on our conference web site for a full year.
- Exhibitor decorator service is on the premises at all times to assist you with any additional needs.
- Discounted room rate at the Radisson Hotel Albuquerque.
- Security guards in the exhibit hall at all times outside of exhibit hours, so that you may attend the many conference sessions and functions without worrying about the safety of your exhibit.
- A special event in the Exhibitor Hall will be held on Monday afternoon. The event is another exclusive opportunity for exhibitors to meet with the conference attendees.
OTHER FEATURES WE PROVIDE TO MAXIMIZE ATTENDANCE AT THE EXHIBITS
- Over the two days when exhibits are open, there will be over six hours of exclusive exhibit times during which no sessions or other major activities are being conducted elsewhere.
- As an incentive to draw conference attendees into your exhibits, there will be three special networking events in the exhibit hall. A buffet luncheon on both days of the exhibits and an afternoon exhibitors reception.
- Drawings for valuable prizes will be held during exhibit hours. For a conference attendee to be entered in these drawings, they must have a special card (contained in their programs) stamped at the exhibit booths. Each exhibitor will be provided with a numbered stamp.

- Contact us about advertising opportunities and also the benefits you may receive as a sponsor of NMEHC-2008 such as free exhibit booths, free advertising and additional free conference registrations (you can also view sponsor benefits by clicking on “SPONSOR INFO”).
- When you register as an exhibitor, we will confirm your booth assignment and send you instructions on how to access the full exhibitor information packet from a special web site. This packet will give you information on the many services offered by the exhibit decorator, maps, travel and hotel information, local attractions and any appropriate order forms.
