Think Casablanca. The film premiered in 1943. It captured the audience of the 1940's, and still manages, sixty-seven years later to mesmerize and entertain. The casting of the legendary Humphrey Bogart added to the films lustre and endless fame.

Bogart, along with the luscious Ingrid Bergman, fall in love against the backdrop of the German uprising. The film moves effortlessly through the war and the romance of the two main characters, ultimately creating a heartbreaking climax and some fabulous movie dialogue.

Bogart, drunk and bitter, yells at Sam, "If she can stand it, I can, play it!
