Individuals who go on business trips usually arrange their travelling by themselves. They book tickets on transport, book hotel rooms and select terms of insurance policies. Moreover, business travellers often hire personal transport on coming to a destination city. People who travel for pleasure usually rely on travel agencies organizing their trips.
It must be mentioned that people who travel are required to have a certain documentation pack to be submitted on customs, in hotels, car rental services and other facilities (passport, driving license and others).
